Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders before we ship the products from our warehouse, once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed
If you are successfully cancelling the order before the shipment is proceeded then we will return the amount except the transaction fees charged by payment gateways which is not refundable.

Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused product only for those products which value more than Rs. 600/- Only by intimating us returning it within 2 working days of delivery to your address. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse of cotton galaxy will then give a full refund (excluding shipping and payment gateway transaction frees as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost and transaction frees of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed if eligible.
